Harry Potter and the ridiculously boring sequence of events.

If you are looking for an intense Potter display, full of new magic spells, mystery, and a few good battle sequences; look to an earlier film. The film had some good qualities don't get me wrong. It was quite funny in some instances. I won't divulge too much for those who have yet to see the movie. I will say this. Make sure you are in a good theatre with really dim lights. The movie is very dark and if there are lights on in the theatre you will have a hard time seeing some things clearly. I unfortunately saw it in a shit cinema with way too many people with bright lights almost directly behind me. Let me just say it was not the perfect cinematic introduction to the 6th Harry Potter. I will be seeing it again on Monday, 1) because it was planned, 2) hopefully will be in a much nicer theatre, and 3) I will be able to pick up some more redeeming qualities. I was hoping for a little more action, especially at the end, but I was disappointed. I wouldn't classify it as the typical Potter movie, it was much slower and much less based around mystery and action than on a good giggle here and there.

Also. I don't think they could have put in any more sexual innuendos.... tie my shoe!

Come on, Harry. I wanted this one to be awesome. What theater did you see it in? And yes, I'm going to comment on all your new blog posts.

Nighthawk out!

It was okay, in it's own way. You just can't compare it to the other ones because it is not the same type of movie, in a series or not.
It was at the Savoy. It was packed and not worth going to see it on the first day.

Welllll, family was a bit disappointed, the father and sister anyway. Mom was pretty satisfied, some giggles and romance and not too much of the scary action.

Sara said I have to read the last book before I see the next two movies but I think I am better off being ignorant. I will enjoy the movie more and my expectations won't se as high as all the "book readers"
